We provide operations and case consulting and client facing services for other professionals, including veterinary clinics, humane societies and rescues, breeders, groomers, and retailers.
This work is backed by a decade of experience developing and implementing content for municipal bylaw enforcement, impound facilities, humane societies, and rescue organizations. Our staff have backgrounds developing shelter operations manuals and ethical standards, preparing organizations for third-party accreditation, developing onboarding and tiered training programs, training hundreds of staff and volunteers, securing grants, and providing custom client-facing programs and content.
